Refunds / Cancellations
We DO NOT accept cancellations.
We DO NOT accept refunds - the only time we allow refunds is if the item is damaged/broken or unusable. We require photo or video evidence within 48 hours of receiving your order.
You will receive your tracking number by email or message. If you do not receive please message, once your parcel has been posted it's out of our hands. If you have any problems with your parcel being delayed or not arriving please contact direct the courier company, thankyou.
